Monks caught playing poker and boozing

Six Buddhist monks have been forced to resign in South Korea after they were filmed on camera drinking, smoking and playing a high stakes game of poker.

The video – recorded by a hidden camera in a hotel room in Jangseong – shows the men gambling and carousing before a memorial service for a dead Zen Master on April 23, the Korea Herald reports.
